2015: Aerial photography and 3D representation of the Roman agora, Thessaloniki, Greece
Aerial photography using a 20Mpixels camera on a UAV and 3D representation of the Roman “agora” of Thessaloniki. The project’s aim was to document the monument and create an as built 3D model, which will be used for restoration purposes in the future. Besides the aerial photographs, laser scanning and conventional surveying methods have been used.
