2018: Documntation and 3D representation of Kalamitsi shipwreck, Halkidiki, Greece
Kalamitsi lies in Sithonia, Halkidiki, Greece it a medium depth bay between small peninsulas. Near the south peninsula of Kalamitsi, lies a shipwreck of unknown origin, which is a well-known diving site for the last decades. Aim of the underwater scientific survey and photography was to estimate the dimensions and the origin of the ship, in order to identify it. 3000 photographs and 20 dimensions of the ship has been captured. The aim of the project is to represent the ship in 3D and based on its geometry, identify it.
